How long is the customization process (Turnaround time)?

  • Total turnaround time is 2-6 weeks shipping included. Times may vary based on what you order & where you live.

Can I make changes to my order after I placed it?

  • If you need to make any changes to your order or forgot to add something, please contact us @flymisfits or @fanitafly on Instagram ASAP to ensure your order can be updated. Orders take about 2-3 business days to process before being started so the sooner you reach out, the better.

If I’m moving soon should I use my current address or my new one? 

  • If you’re moving soon, (within 2-6 weeks) please use your new address at the time you place the order to ensure you get your package. 

Can I change my address after my order is placed ?

  • If you need your package shipped to a different address, please contact us @flymisfits or @fanitafly on Instagram ASAP to ensure your address can be updated. Please understand that the address you enter is the address your package will be shipped to unless you contact us and update it. 

I need my order rushed, can I pay extra for shipping ?

  • Sorry for any inconvenience, but we will no longer rush orders or accept payments for rushed orders. If you need something by a certain time, it is in your best interest to order at leash 4-6 weeks ahead of time to ensure you get your order on time.

My tray arrived broken, can I be sent a replacement?

  • I apologize for that experience! We do our best in securing and wrapping our products to ensure a safe delivery. If you still receive a broken product, please note that while refunds are NOT available, each order comes with $50 worth of insurance! You are more than welcome to file a claim with USPS online to be refunded up to $50 for your order! 

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping normally takes about 3-5 business days. Times may vary based on where you live! Please note that once your order has been taken to the post office (shipped) , we no longer have control over how long it takes however you do receive a tracking number to keep an eye on it!

Is everything custom?

  • Pretty much. FlyMisfits offers a wide range of custom products for smokers & non-smokers as well! Choose from a ton of variations, Pick your colors, add your own pictures, & really make it your own! 

Is everything handmade? 

  • Yes! Each and every piece was handcrafted with love so patience is much appreciated! 

Can I return my order?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
